Applicants for the New Capital Investor Immigration Scheme are required to hire a certified public accountant as defined in the Accounting and Financial Reporting Authority Ordinance (Chapter 588 of the Laws of Hong Kong) at their own expense to assist in proving that the applicant meets the requirements for net assets, investment, and investment management.
